Chief Executive Officer
Hugo Villa is Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of The Village Family Services. Mr. Villa serves on the agency’s Board of Directors. His experience as a
clinical therapist and social worker, as well as extensive clinical supervision brings a unique perspective to his leadership role
within the agency. Mr. Villa has developed programs at The Village Family Services and other social service agencies. He is
bilingual/bicultural and fluent in Spanish.
