Irma Seilicovich, L.M.F.T.
Chief Operating Officer
Irma Seilicovich is Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) of The Village Family
Services and serves on the agency’s Board of Directors.
Prior to her work with the agency, she held various administrative, supervisory and clinical positions during her more than 14 years of service in community-based agencies. Ms. Seilicovich has extensive training and
experience working with both children and adults traumatized by violence, abuse and neglect. She is responsible for bringing several evidence-based therapeutic programs and interventions to the agency. Ms. Seilicovich is
bilingual/bicultural and fluent in Spanish.
